The lead pastor chairs the lead team. The Lead Team, the overall management of the church, oversees the departmentsand the operational activities of the church. It is responsible for the congregation and the development of the spiritual life of the church.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The pastor of each location, together with his coordinators, forms the local church leadership,the so-called leadership team. Each coordinator overlooks a specific area, such as children, youth, worship, etc. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
