Jesus himself was baptized and therefore we believe that baptism is an important step when you entrust your life to Jesus. Baptism is a public confession of three things: you follow Jesus, you want to start a changed life and you are part of a new family. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Baptized persons<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If you would like to take the step of baptism, please take part in the baptism seminar required for baptism. You will find the information in the next section. You are also welcome to invite your family and friends to the baptism itself. Please think about “why” you would like to be baptized in advance – you will be given the opportunity to tell this before your baptism. Please also bring a change of clothes and a towel.If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Baptism seminar<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The baptism seminar always takes place on the last Sunday of the month, exactly one week before the baptism on site. In Ansbach and Erlangen it takes place after the first service and in Nuremberg the baptism seminar takes place directly after the second service. You can get more information in the Connect Lounge at your location. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

What to expect<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In the baptism seminar, organizational and theological aspects of baptism are discussed. You will receive your personal handout directly at the seminar, but you are also welcome to familiarize yourself with its contents in advance. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
