Our Dream Team

This team supports the most diverse areas of the church. It creates structures and relieves the Dream Teams and their leaders in organizational and administrative matters. As a team, we love it when tasks within the community become easier and faster – and would be delighted if you could support our team too! If you enjoy working during the week and in the background, this is the right place for you.

This team plans and organizes various events that we host as Ecclesia Church. It works closely with the other Dream Teams and creates coherent concepts to suit the event in question.

The heart of this team is for people to experience freedom and build life-changing relationships in our church through small groups. In the background, it ensures that small group leaders can concentrate fully on their task and serves them in administrative, creative and theological ways (planning, coordination, technical support or content-related practical resources). Do you love small groups? Then you’ve come to the right place in our team!

This team is characterized by its pioneering spirit and administrative strength. The Location Team is all about finding and identifying potential properties, industrial halls and office complexes for sale or rent. The aim is to provide suitable premises for our services at all current and future Ecclesia Church locations.

This team consists of people who are willing to help other people in their need and thereby make God’s love visible in a practical way. As a team, we set up local, national and international social projects and proclaim the Gospel. Short assignments abroad and supporting missionaries are also among the activities in which you can participate as a Dreamteam member of this team.

The aim of this team is to keep our municipal buildings and offices clean and tidy and thus create a pleasant atmosphere. With the time you invest, the people there will feel completely at ease.

The crafts team serves the people within the church in practical activities. We carry out work on our community buildings, support other dream teams by building things ourselves and give shape to creative ideas.

This significant team takes care of the set-up and dismantling of all important elements such as technology, signs or equipment for the Kids Team and the guest teams, so that visitors can find prepared rooms on Sundays and enjoy the service. If you enjoy helping out and would like to coordinate the set-up for our church services both logistically and practically, we look forward to your active support.

Our accounting department ensures that all the finances we deal with as a church are managed wisely and transparently. The tasks range from archiving invoices, processing Excel tables and evaluations to checking tax law issues. If you love dealing with numbers and finances, we look forward to getting to know you.

The Consulting & Legal team is involved in shaping the administrative and legal basis of Ecclesia Church through project-related, sometimes complex, issues. Are you a lawyer, tax consultant, real estate specialist or an expert in another field? Then you’ve come to the right place.

This team includes the management of our community center and rental apartments as well as rented properties. If administration and management are your strengths, we invite you to take a closer look at this team.

Our team prepares resources and trainings to make the things God has blessed us with available to other churches and thus to the whole body of Christ.

This team takes care of all matters relating to the employees of our church. This includes administrative management tasks, occupational health and safety issues and personnel communication, personnel development and promotion.

This strategic team is for people who have the gift of generosity and giving and are building God’s kingdom with their finances. It has a focus on uniting people who are called to leave a legacy through their generosity. If entrepreneurship, finance, reporting, prayer and a love of giving are close to your heart, then we look forward to serving with you on this team.

This team is for anyone who loves organization, planning and strategy. Budgeting & Reporting focuses on keeping an eye on important key figures for Ecclesia Church, evaluating them in a meaningful way and providing strategic support to our managers by analyzing them and making recommendations for action.

This enthusiastic team loves to inspire children for Jesus. In different age groups, they get to know God better through stories, worship and games. If you have a heart for the younger generation, you will make the difference in this team.

The heart of 404 Collect is to help young people take their next steps in faith in Jesus. This team organizes the monthly youth event – 404 Night -, starts small groups for young people and helps them grow into deeper friendships at 404 Connect.

The Momentum Dreamteam is for anyone who loves to invest in young people and help them realize their potential. The students are allowed to grow in their leadership, personality and relationship with God through various teaching contents and focuses. If you would like to be part of discovering God’s plan for their lives together with these young people by teaching, mentoring, supporting them at events and much more, then this is the right team for you.

The heartbeat of the Young Adults Team is to fellowship with young adults and build a firm foundation in faith together. The space hosts regular events, small groups and monthly dinner parties for anyone in their 20s. If you love hospitality and fellowship among your peers and have a heart to build the kingdom of God, this is the right team for you!

This dedicated team provides guests with good coffee, delicious pastries and other delicacies. It creates an atmosphere in which people can get to know each other before and after the service over a drink and tasty snacks and exchange ideas in a cozy setting. If you love to give guests a friendly smile and make them feel completely at ease, you will thrive in this team.

This helpful team engages in conversation with guests, gets to know them and provides them with information. It receives the contact cards, answers questions and has all the important information about events and church services. If you are friendly, conscientious and open-minded, this team is just right for you!

This serving team ensures a feel-good atmosphere and cleanliness in our premises so that guests feel at home before, during and after the services. It also looks after our Dream Team members and provides them with snacks and drinks. If you love people, are creative and hospitable, as part of this team you can help make guests and Dream Teams feel at home.

The service team is a great team that ensures that guests can experience the service in a pleasant and orderly setting. They prepare the hall, welcome people and help them find a seat. During the service, they ensure that everything runs smoothly, collect the offering and monitor the number of visitors. If you are conscientious and hospitable, this team will inspire you.

The translation team is a team that brings our visitors and Dream Team members closer to the service and especially the sermon in their own language. Our aim is for as many people as possible to be able to take part in our service. That is why this team currently translates every Sunday service into English. If you speak other languages yourself or have experience in interpreting, we look forward to getting to know you.

This friendly team loves people and enjoys welcoming every single guest to the Ecclesia. If you are open-minded and humorous and have a heart for guests, this is the right team for you.

This administrative and people-oriented team takes care of all guests who have filled out a contact card during the church services. The team’s passion is to see that guests feel welcome and that our visitors are provided with all the important information about Next Steps or baptism. This valuable team also gives a welcome package and a Bible to all first-time worshippers who have decided to follow Jesus. If you would like to help make it easy for guests to arrive and find their home at Ecclesia, we would be delighted to have your support.

This team is a real blessing for the Church. During the services, they pray that guests come to know God and serve people through prayer after the service. They also organize the Sundays on which communion is celebrated and take care of the “21 Days of Prayer” event. If you are passionate about prayer and have prayer on your heart, you will love serving on this team.

This team is responsible for ensuring that people in our church receive a small gift and a loving greeting on special occasions such as births, weddings, etc. The service takes place during the week. If you have a penchant for congratulating people, you’ve come to the right place.

Every small group leader is automatically part of the small group team. Together with the small group coaches, this team ensures that our church’s small groups are places of protection, community and growth. This includes the training and development of (new) small group leaders, the supervision of existing small groups, but also the release of new small group leaders and groups so that we can find the right small group for everyone in our church. If you love accompanying, encouraging and supporting people and individuals or groups on their journey with Jesus, then the small group team is the right place for you.

This team wants to help guests get to know Ecclesia and take the next step in their faith through Next Steps. Because the heart of the church is that people find their calling. If you are open-minded and conscientious and have a heart for helping people discover their purpose, you can make a valuable contribution to this team.

This ministry is for anyone who has a heart for refugees and wants to show them God’s love in a variety of ways. We offer German courses, the Contact Café, prayer and evangelism (e.g. in Arabic and Persian). We look forward to you contributing your talents!

Baptism is an important step in the life of every believing Christian. This team ensures that the baptized feel completely at ease on the day and serves them from the initial decision to the baptism certificate. We organize and conduct the baptism seminar, answer all questions on the subject of baptism and assist in the practical implementation (e.g. set-up and dismantling etc.). If you are open, friendly and committed, this team with its varied activities is just right for you.

Whether speakers, videos, band or singers – this team ensures an excellent mix. If you like good sound, you can make a valuable contribution to this team.

This team ensures that the right content is shown at the right time on Sundays and at events. By displaying and playing screens, videos, sermon slides or song lyrics, it ensures that every guest can follow the service.

The sound should also be excellent for viewers at home. That’s why the broadcast audio team is creating a separate mix for our livestream. This team serves at the Nuremberg location.

This team brings the sermon live to the screens. Always on the lookout for the best perspective, it ensures a great live stream at all our locations and online. This team serves at the Nuremberg location.

This team takes care of digital processes, creates opportunities to build churches across locations and supports the congregation with sophisticated hardware solutions. You are a technology enthusiast and interested in IT – then create digital progress with us and build God’s kingdom with bits and bytes.

Through the creative use of lighting technology and visual elements, this team creates an atmosphere in which people can encounter God.

This passionate team serves the guests through music during the services. Whether with your voice or your instrument – if it is your heart’s desire to lead people into the presence of God, you can use your gifts and talents
in this area.

This team is responsible for keeping our homepage up to date. From simple maintenance of information to the creation of new pages, everything is included. You do not need any previous technical knowledge for this.

Do you love packing important information and values into creative texts? Then this team is the right place for you! In addition to writing the texts, the team is also responsible for preparing the topics, finalizing and sending out the newsletter.

This team takes care of the communication of Church activities via social networks. If you love writing texts and designing a creative feed, you’ve come to the right place.

This creative team is responsible for the construction, design and setting of our premises. If you love creating a feel-good atmosphere and have an eye for detail, this is the team for you.

This team is responsible for taking photos of the services and events of our church. If you are interested in the field of photography, we would love to get to know you.

This creative team communicates Ecclesia’s vision in a creative way by designing digital and print media using Photoshop, InDesgin and Illustrator. If Adobe and PSDs are not foreign words to you, we would like to get to know you and look forward to working with you on your design.
